Being heavily advertised right now. They claim that they have the most lucrative compensation plan in the industry. MLM I guess.

Well, let me first say, before I have examined the comp plan, that the most lucrative comp plan in that industry is a stair-step-breakaway system! I know because I have been in MLM for over 10 years and have examined all kinds of comp plans, and have advised many folks on those.

Now let me say just this: I don’t care how GOOD the product is that they are selling! If the Compensation Plan does not allow the sales force (you) to earn some good bucks (or even big bucks)? Then you will be putting in all your time and not earning enough money! And within two years the Company collapses, as 97% of them do! No matter HOW GOOD the product is! So listen up! OK? I know, I have the experience and time in. Now... let’s go on.

So.. .let's see how brilliant their comp plan really is.

But it's fun. Here we go: Ok, so we have:

- retail commissions (meaning you will earn some kind of markup by selling overpriced products at retail, or you can try.)

- Fast Start bonuses: and I quote:

Woohoo! Full access to all of the top tools, training, and websites and so on. Wow. Yawn. This means you cannot be totally passive, nor even slightly passive. You will need to learn all kinds of stuff to get this two tonne truck going. And huff and puff. And blow their house down. Sure... it will take a lot of work. Most things do.

Now for the key residual income compensation plan:

Well there you go. Not a stair-step-breakaway plan! So they are lying through their teeth! It's a simple 3x6 forced matrix. And over the last five years I have found out, the hard way, that MOST forced matrices DO NOT WORK OUT! WHY? It's simple... because if folks are offered to do NOTHING, they will ..... well.. .DO NOTHING! So where is the overspill going to come from? Only from a few leaders who do SOMETHING, and you will not likely get that overspill! So kiss your money goodbye!

Oh and yeah, there are matching bonuses, and monthly leadership pools.

You know? I myself could make this work for me! But you know... am not that young and full of vigor anymore! So it will not work for me. And if it will not work for me? Will it work for you? Ask yourself, then decide.
