Now look here. Don't send me comments about how unhealthy some of this stuff is. Am not talking about being healthy! Am talking about SURVIVAL! - Dried tomato soup or any other kind of dried soup, "Office" size (so many packets)
- Kasha (buckwheat)
- Corn meal (good with butter or milk), very filling
- Sugar
- Canned Corn Beef (from Brazil is best I found)
- Other powdered goods you can think of
- Parmesan Cheese (large)
- Red River Cereail (as many boxes as you can)
- Cream of Wheat, ditto.
- Bags of Barley for soup
- Bay leaves for soup
- Rice, both white and brown
- Soup bean mix, bags of it
- Sphaghetti and others like elbow macaroni
- Vermacilli, if you like, plus Soya sauce for flavor, and Bovril (or other) cubes (meat flavor cubes for soups)
- Carnation concentrated milk and maybe powdered milk as well (just add water to the latter)
- Canned tomatoes
- Canned sweet corn and other veggies
- Canned peaches with sauce/juice
- Canned pears with sauce/juice
- Canned peas
- Apple juice from Concentrate, like Allen's
- Prunes in juice
- Dried Prunes
- Dried fruits like apples, pears, and so on
- Dried veggies
- Dried mushrooms, especially Shitakee
- All kinds of seeds like Pumpkin seeds
- All kinds of nuts: Brazil, especially almonds, and more
- Dried figs
- Honey, honey, more honey
- Sugar, brown and white
- Flower
- Chinese Noodles, like Ramen, but there are no-name brands at half price or less
- Garlic and Salt powder
- Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne
- Herbs: Cat's Claw (Una de Gatto): antiviral, Echinacea, Red Clover, Dandelion
- Antioxidants: Pycnogenol, Vit C, Selenium, or a blend of all
- Essential Fatty Acids (fish oils in capsules)
- B-Complex, especially in liquid form with plenty of B-12
- Enzymes if your digestion is poor
- Parasite cleansing herbs: Black Walnut (liquid is best), pumpkin seeds, knotweed, cloves, garlic, onion, sage leaf, gentian root, hyssop leaf (blood purifier), fenugreek seed, chamomile (tea and/or extract; soothing), peppermint leaf, thyme leaf, fennel seed, chlorophyl or blue green algae or spirulina (to feed the blood system and body overall). - MSM is a must. Glucosamine for joint related problems.

- Glutamine for the brain and muscles: best one I found is made in Japan: ALLMAX Glutamine, Japanese Micronized. www.allmaxnutrition.com May seem expensive, but how long are you going to go with weak muscles??? You decide.
- Plenty of Vitamin C. Up to 10 grams per day. How much for you? Keep increasing the dose each day until you reach "bowel intolerance". Just like it sounds. Will send you to the shitter when you have too much. So just below that amount. Start now.
